1. ใครเก็บข้อมูล Who collects your data

2. เก็บข้อมูลอะไร What we collect

เฉพาะที่ท่านกรอกในฟอร์ม: {{fields}} และเวลาที่ส่ง เราไม่ขอข้อมูลที่อ่อนไหว (เช่น สุขภาพ ศาสนา) ระบบตรวจบอท Cloudflare Turnstile ตรวจเบราว์เซอร์ของท่านตอนส่งฟอร์ม เพื่อกันสแปม

Only what you type in the form: {{fields}}, and the time you sent it. We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health or religion). Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser when you send the form, to stop spam.

4. ข้อมูลไปที่ไหน Where it goes

• Google Sheets ของร้าน (Google) ที่แชร์ให้เฉพาะพนักงานของร้าน / The shop's own Google Sheet, shared only with its staff.
• LINE Official Account ของร้าน (LY Corporation) เพื่อแจ้งร้านว่ามีรายการใหม่ เบอร์โทรถูกซ่อนเหลือ 4 ตัวท้าย / The shop's LINE Official Account, to tell the shop about a new request; the phone number shows only its last 4 digits.
• Cloudflare: เว็บไซต์ ฐานข้อมูล (เข้ารหัสขณะจัดเก็บ) และตัวตรวจบอท / Cloudflare: the website, the database (encrypted at rest) and the bot check.
• ผู้ช่วย AI ตอบแชท (ถ้าร้านเปิดใช้): ข้อความที่ท่านพิมพ์ในแชท LINE หรือแชทบนเว็บ ส่งไปให้ผู้ให้บริการ AI {{ai_provider}} ประมวลผลเพื่อตอบคำถามและรับจองคิว บทสนทนาเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 24 ชั่วโมง บันทึกการจองเมื่อท่านพิมพ์ "ยินยอม" เท่านั้น / AI chat assistant (when the shop uses it): what you type in the LINE or website chat is sent to the AI provider {{ai_provider}} to answer and take bookings; the conversation is kept for at most 24 hours, and a booking is saved only after you type "ยินยอม" (agree).

These providers may store data on servers outside Thailand, under their contractual safeguards. The shop gives your data to no one else unless the law requires it.

5. เก็บนานเท่าไร How long we keep it

{{retention_days}} days from the day you sent it; then the database deletes it automatically. The shop deletes the copies in Google Sheets and LINE on the same schedule.

6. สิทธิของท่าน Your rights

• ขอดูหรือขอสำเนาข้อมูลของท่าน / See or get a copy of your data
• ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง / Correct data that is wrong
• ขอลบข้อมูล / Have your data deleted
• ถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ (ไม่กระทบสิ่งที่ทำไปแล้ว) / Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not undo what was already done)
• คัดค้านหรือขอให้ระงับการใช้ และขอรับข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ทั่วไป / Object to or restrict the use, and receive your data in a common format
• ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) / Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee office (PDPC)

7. ติดต่อร้าน Contact the shop

ติดต่อผ่าน {{contact_channel}} ร้านจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน และอาจขอยืนยันตัวตนก่อนส่งหรือลบข้อมูล

Through {{contact_channel}}. The shop answers within 30 days and may ask you to prove who you are before it sends or deletes data.

8. ความปลอดภัย Security

เว็บใช้ HTTPS เท่านั้น ฟอร์มส่งเข้าระบบของร้านเองที่ตรวจทุกช่องและกันบอท หลังบ้านเข้าได้เฉพาะอีเมลพนักงานที่ร้านกำหนดพร้อมรหัสครั้งเดียว หากข้อมูลรั่วไหล ร้านแจ้ง สคส. ภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง และแจ้งท่านโดยเร็วหากมีความเสี่ยงสูงต่อท่าน

HTTPS only; the form goes to the shop's own server, which checks every field and stops bots; the back office opens only for the staff emails the shop lists, with a one-time code. If data leaks, the shop tells the PDPC within 72 hours and tells you quickly when it puts you at high risk.
